Last summer, I returned to Salesforce in San Francisco as a security software engineering intern. It was an unforgettable experience where I met many other talented interns and had the chance to explore the city with them. I also met many great mentors who I asked for career advice. I received a return offer, so I am planning to join them as a security software engineer once I graduate.
As I am in my last year at Georgia Tech, I am grateful to have been able to attend the university with the help of the SNUAA scholarship. Last semester was particularly interesting for me because I was able to take a graduate-level Applied Cryptography course. I had always wanted to take the course because I noticed how knowledgeable my mentors were in this field and wanted to obtain the fundamental knowledge to catch up to them faster. This semester, I am taking three policy courses related to privacy and security in addition to three other Computer Science courses, which is a lot of work. I am trying to push myself to the limit with the realization that I cannot take these amazing courses once I graduate.
