Inspired by this course, Mia interned with the New York City Department of Social Services, the U.S. Department of State, and Pfizer to learn how strategic structural policies can make large-scale impacts on individuals in the workplace. This summer, she is looking forward to continuing her work as the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Intern at Nasdaq.
