Scaling a deep-tech startup globally is rarely a straight path to success. It demands commitment, difficult pivots, resilience, and hands-on leadership. Founded during the pandemic, Dareesoft has maintained its core founding team for seven years. After global validation of its Road Information as a Service (RiaaS) technology at CES 2023, the company entered the U.S. market in 2024. This talk shares the behind-the-scenes journey of restructuring U.S. leadership, relocating to Seattle, building an agile local team, and driving business development. It highlights what worked, what failed, and why conviction and localized execution are essential for success.
Biographical Sketch
Elizabeth Row is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dareesoft Inc., an AI infrastructure technology company providing advanced road intelligence solutions for highway authorities and infrastructure operators worldwide. Under her leadership, Dareesoft developed and deployed its RiaaS (Road Information as a Service) platform, combining edge AI devices with cloud-based analytics for real-time road monitoring and data-driven maintenance. She has led the company’s expansion across Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America, collaborating with governments and strategic partners. Elizabeth is committed to transforming traditional road maintenance into proactive, intelligent systems that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term infrastructure performance.
