Seunghwan Baek is the founder and CEO of UNIAI, where he is leading a transformative vision to modernize the poultry industry through the integration of artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, and data-driven farming systems. He received his B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University, followed by an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at KAIST, specializing in AI-driven perception, automation, and intelligent robotic systems.
Throughout his academic and professional career, Dr. Baek has focused on building next-generation intelligent platforms that bridge real-world industrial challenges with cutting-edge machine learning technologies. His work spans autonomous systems design, large-scale sensor data analytics, and AI-based decision-making for complex operational environments.
At UNIAI, Dr. Baek is spearheading the development of a next-generation smart poultry platform that leverages robotics, computer vision, and deep learning to optimize livestock productivity and environmental control. His long-term goal is to establish a scalable and autonomous poultry management ecosystem that sets a new global standard for animal welfare, sustainability, and food security.
